If you purchase both a KDP and IS cover, you’ll notice the colors may look a little different from each other. That’s normal. In my experience, KDP prefers covers to be uploaded in the RGB color scale even though they’ll convert it into CMYK at the printer. IS, however, requires the CMYK color scale for you to upload your cover.
